Anjula Devi | Authentic Indian Recipes | Healthy Indian Cuisine

You will have noticed that some of my recipes contain ‘pulped’ garlic and ‘pulped’ ginger. This is something that I would really encourage you to do. By preparing larger amounts of garlic and ginger, you will find it easy to put meals together in less time. Just arm yourselves with ice cube trays, fill them with the pulped garlic and pulped ginger, and store in the freezer.
